Yin Yoga is a restorative practice that keeps you grounded. It focuses deep within the body with static stretches that last for 3 to 5 minutes. This enables the muscle fibres to release all their tension and the stretch continues further into the connective tissues around your joints including the ligaments and tendons. It is a fantastic way to restore you body from within, increase your flexibility and range of motion and also take some time out to focus on your breathing and peace of mind.
